If you do not accept these terms and conditions then your sole remedy is to discontinue using the site and any products or services available on this site.

Intellectual Property Rights

You agree that:

• we remain the owner of all intellectual property rights and know-how that resides in the documents and our service;
• you are licenced to use or service for the sole purpose of ordering documents; and
• you get no property right whatsoever in relation to our service, and no ownership in the copyright of the documents that you order.

We do not represent or warrant that any products or files displayed or obtained from or through this site, or and other website linked to it, are free from computer viruses or other defects. Our liability for such an event is limited to the resupply of those files.

Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality, and have been developed with best practice in mind. It is our policy to ensure that all of our products match as closely as reasonably possible the product descriptions listed on our website.

If you have a small or minor problem with a product, please advise us as soon as practically possible and we will use reasonable efforts to remedy the problem within 5 business days and issue a suitable replacement product.

If you identify a major problem with a product that we cannot easily rectified within a reasonable period of time, you are entitled to request a refund. In order for a product to be deemed to have a major problem, and therefore be eligible for a refund, the product must be either:

1. significantly different from the product description on the website;
2. substantially unfit for its common purpose, and unable to be easily fixed within a reasonable period of time;

We do not refund for incorrect product choice or change of mind, so we advise that you choose carefully before making your purchase.

'company, we, us, our' means Easy WHS ACN 660 284 097 trading as Everything OHS.

'document' means a document you order which is generated or delivered by our service.

'personal information' has the meaning given to that term in the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth).

'service' means this Site, the interface, all services provided by us to you and all services ancillary to the provision of services by us to you.

Singular terms include the plural and vice versa. You agree that each of these definitions has the same meaning wherever they appear on our website.
