The Ultimate Audio Visual SWMS Bundle gives you 57 Safe Work Method Statements in one download. Every SWMS is a pre-filled Microsoft Word template with the job steps, hazards, risk ratings and control measures already written for you, so you can add your details, check it suits the site and task, and get your team working.
Who it's for
Built for audio visual, staging, lighting and event production crews, from small AV installers to companies running bump-ins at large events.
Not doing construction work? A SWMS is only legally required for high risk construction work, but it's also a sound way to record a task risk assessment for any job. It involves the same thinking as a JSA, JSEA or Safe Work Procedure, and clients and prequalification portals often ask for a SWMS whatever the work is.
What's included
57 pre-filled SWMS templates ($3,987.15 if bought individually at $69.95 each)
Job steps, hazards, risk ratings and control measures for each task
PPE requirements and high risk work checklists
Worker consultation and sign-off records
Fully editable Word files, so you can add your logo and change anything
Free list of relevant legislation and codes of practice (valued at $19.95)
12 months free phone and email support
Use them for
Tenders and new jobs: have your safety paperwork ready when the work comes up
Client or principal contractor requests: hand over the SWMS they ask for without the scramble
Prequalification: upload SWMS to Avetta, Cm3 and other contractor portals
Audits and inspections: show how you manage the risks in your work
Toolbox talks: brief your team on the job steps and controls before work starts
