Common questions
Can operators wear gloves while running the router?
No. Gloves are for handling and loading material only, and come off before operating the controls or working near the rotating cutting head.
Is a software pause safe for changing bits?
No. The SOP says not to rely on a pause or hold function, and to isolate and tag out the main power before tool changes, clearing jams or adjustments.
Does it cover cabinet installation?
No. Delivery and on-site installation of finished cabinetry is covered by its own SOP, as are hand tool inspection and plant pre-start checks.
Can I change it?
Yes. It's a Microsoft Word file, so you can add, remove or change any step, check or hazard, and add your own logo and details.
Does it suit my state?
Yes. It's written to the model WHS laws and suits all states and territories, including Victoria under the OHS Act and Regulations.
What if it doesn't suit my work?
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee if it isn't fit for purpose.
