Common questions
Can a petrol mixer be used indoors?
No. The SOP says not to run a petrol or diesel mixer inside a building or any enclosed or poorly ventilated area. Use an electric mixer indoors or keep the engine outside.
Does it set out the mixing sequence?
Yes. Part of the water goes in first, then cement, then sand or aggregate, with the remaining water added gradually.
Does it cover concrete batching plant?
No. It covers portable site drum mixers only, not static or truck-mounted batching plant.
Can I change it?
Yes. It's a Microsoft Word file, so you can add, remove or change any step, check or hazard, and add your own logo and details.
Does it suit my state?
Yes. It's written to the model WHS laws and suits all states and territories, including Victoria under the OHS Act and Regulations.
What if it doesn't suit my work?
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee if it isn't fit for purpose.
