Truck details, type, site and last service date
A weekly operator log for Monday to Sunday
Before starting checks: tyres, body, tailgate and hinge pins, body prop or safety pin, hoist cylinders, articulation joint and steering lock, fluids, cab, ROPS and FOPS, mirrors and camera
After starting checks: gauges and warning lights, service brake and retarder, park brake, steering, horn and reversing alarm, lights, and body raise and lower
A faults and tag-out log so a faulty truck is taken out of use until it is repaired
