A daily pre-start check for telehandlers, covering the boom, forks and attachments, stabilisers and the load moment indicator.

Telehandler details, site and last service date
A weekly operator log for Monday to Sunday
Before starting checks: tyres, boom sections and wear pads, carriage, forks and attachment, hydraulics, stabilisers, fluids, cab, ROPS and FOPS, mirrors, camera and load charts
After starting checks: gauges and warning lights, load moment indicator, horn, reversing alarm and beacon, lights, steering modes, brakes and boom functions
A faults and tag-out log so a faulty machine is taken out of use until it is repaired
A one-page instruction sheet with step-by-step guidance and tips

At the start of every shift, before the telehandler is used
When a new operator takes over the machine
After a fault has been repaired
