A weekly operator log for Monday to Sunday
Before starting checks: tyres or tracks, attachment and quick attach, lift arms and cylinders, lift arm support device, hydraulics, fluids, ROPS and FOPS, seat, seatbelt and seat bar
After starting checks: gauges and warning lights, horn and reversing alarm, lights, drive and steering, park brake, and lift and tilt functions
A faults and tag-out log so a faulty machine is taken out of use until it is repaired
A one-page instruction sheet with step-by-step guidance and tips

When a new operator takes over the machine
After a fault has been repaired
