A weekly operator log for Monday to Sunday
Before starting checks: tyres, bucket, edge and teeth, quick coupler, lift arms and cylinders, articulation joint and steering lock, hydraulics, fluids, cab, ROPS and FOPS, mirrors and camera
After starting checks: gauges and warning lights, horn and reversing alarm, lights, steering, brakes, lift and tilt functions, and a quick coupler test
A faults and tag-out log so a faulty loader is taken out of use until it is repaired
A one-page instruction sheet with step-by-step guidance and tips

At the start of every shift, before the loader is used
When a new operator takes over the machine
